A team that rows in the same direction.
Who’s Aruki, really?
Aruki started with a simple realisation. Three people from very different worlds: operations, customer experience and people kept seeing the same problems, just from different angles. Silos that nobody meant to build. Priorities that shifted with whoever was loudest. Teams full of talented people who didn't know how to best work together. We'd each spent years solving these problems separately, and when we finally compared notes, it was obvious: the root cause was always the same. So we decided to solve it together and Aruki was born.
Our perspectives challenge each other and converge. Each of us can step into the others' shoes when needed not to dilute expertise, but to ensure continuity, coherence, and depth.
There is no single voice at Aruki. There is a shared focus on your objectives and the humans involved in reaching them.
Together, we:
Ask the right questions, analyse what's really going on, and solve at the root. We approach your business as a unique puzzle to be completed with care to tailor our solution.
Simplify processes so your team can focus on meaningful, revenue generating work. From workflow mapping and team structure to team setup and logistics optimisation, we work with you and build systems that support growth without overwhelming people.
Create environments where people feel trusted, supported and proud of the results. When people are clear, respected, and trusted, performance follows. Every time.
What Sets Us Apart

From diagnostic to done
We don’t leave you with a 40-page slide deck & wave goodbye. We roll up our sleeves and work alongside your team until the new way of working actually works and sticks.
Chris
Ops & Revenue
Systems thinker and calm in the chaos.
Christelle spots root causes fast and designs simple, scalable ways of working that keep customers front and centre.
With over 20 years at the crossroads of multinationals, international family owned businesses, and entrepreneurship, she brings both a global and pragmatic vision of organisations. She has led autonomous departments: true "companies within the company" with full responsibility for end to end processes and flows.
Her role today is to turn constraints, whether organisational, financial, or human into levers for performance and growth. She structures operations, secures flows, and selects tools that are truly aligned with real needs. In an often uncertain environment, she acts as a radar in the fog: providing clarity, pragmatism, and long-term perspective.
She always aims to preserve what makes entrepreneurs strong: their innovative spirit and their dynamism.
Fiona
CX & Product
Builder of safe, high-trust spaces where teams do their best work.
Fiona removes noise, streamlines journeys, and turns onboarding and feedback into real momentum.
Over a wonderfully varied career working with customers in all sorts of guises from small, scrappy startups to global giants she has fine tuned her core skills through an honest desire to solve problems and help people work smarter, not just harder. Her experience spans project management, onboarding, sales, and retention across travel, finance, and tech Saas.
By pairing her pattern-spotting instinct with best practice, Fiona has built and refined processes that free people to focus on what they do best: their talent, creativity, and purpose. Her approach mixes empathy with a dash of pragmatism, ensuring improvements not only deliver results but also feel good in practice.
The outcome? Happier teams, loyal customers, and sustainable growth with fewer sighs over spreadsheets.
Steph
People & Org Design
Steph helps teams row in the same direction with practical org design, leadership support, and habits that build trust and autonomy.
A builder, founder and believer in doing business the human way, Steph has spent over 18 years helping startup founders solve two critical challenges: creating high performing teams, and scaling People Operations to support growth. She builds the structures and systems that turn the People function into a strategic asset, so founders can expand, execute, and exit on their terms.
She has enabled startups to scale from 250 to 500 people with a People & Talent team of just 13 through the right tools, frameworks, and automation. Most companies would want a team twice the size.
Early in her career, she pushed the envelope on People policies by breaking through rigid rules to create a culture where teams could use their own judgement. The result was higher customer satisfaction, increased profit, and decreased turnover. She knew then that you have to establish the way you work on purpose to achieve business goals.
